Person-Centred Support
At GWDS, we recognise that every person has different strengths, abilities, interests and goals. Our approach is therefore person-centred and goal-focused, ensuring that the support we provide reflects what is important to each individual.
We don't simply focus on finding a job or accessing education. We focus on helping people develop the skills, confidence and independence to participate meaningfully and work towards their longer-term aspirations.
Where appropriate, we work collaboratively with the person, their family or support network, employers, educational providers and other relevant professionals to create a supportive pathway towards achieving their goals.
Empowering Your Future
Whether a person is taking their first steps towards employment, returning to work, starting a course or working to maintain their current employment or education, GWDS is committed to walking alongside them.
We believe meaningful employment and education can provide purpose, confidence, connection and greater independence.
Love in Action. Truth in Everything We Do.
Supporting aspirations. Building confidence. Creating pathways to employment, education and a more independent future.
